NAVTEX (Navigational Telex) is the abbreviation of navigation warning receiver. Ships equipped with navigation warning receivers can receive information broadcast by coastal stations, including the station number, navigation warnings, weather warnings, emergency information and other warning information related to maritime navigation safety.
The NT-7001 Navigation Warning Receiver meets IMO requirements for GMDSS equipment.
It can receive 4 frequencies at the same time, including international frequency 518KHz and local frequency 486KHz/490KHz/4209.5KHz.
